This place advised me they would help me get a loan modification on my home and lower my payments and help me save my home from foreclosure. They took our 3 payments of $950 and advised us to stop making mortgage payments . Advised they are attorneys and can help. None of this happened I actually supplied all the documents to my mortgage company including the loan mitigation paperwork to finally get my loan modification approved. The person that worked on my file with my mortgage company never spoke to them or received any documentation from them. The defense council advised they called weekly for updates to my mortgage Company. My mortgage company did advise a handful of calls over the last 5 months from a 3rd party asking for updates on our loan mitigation that’s it. They are scammers and apparently this happened to someone else as it’s listed under complaints under the ScamPulse.com . I have asked for a refund as we were scammed . Their address goes to a UPS store per ScamPulse.com their phone number is a person name if you reverse the number and do a search we need to stop these people from taking anyone else money and possibly causing them to lose their homes . I have been in contact with someone by the name of Rick after I sent them an email that we are being scammed he advised he is awaiting the owner Mr Diamond to make a decision on giving us some of our money back. I am furious and this place needs to be shut down ASAP ! The ScamPulse.com knows about this company and has tried to reach out to get an address etc with no avail, they do not even have a business license apparently so how are they operating as attorneys ? This is illegal and needs to be stopped now before someone else is a victim please help Attorney generals office of Virginia!!

I was contacted by an attorney who stated that their company could help me with a loan modification I made two payments and nothing was ever sent to my lender when I inquired about a refund I was not able to get a response from anyone
