It’s been 5 months since I ordered from the website and i still have not recieved my items. I’ve tried to contact the business through the website & email multiple times to get a refund and still have not gotten any type of response. It is a total scam!

The Dark Label Society is an online group in Facebook. They share products and have ad posts with deals, which I shopped. Their website has one of those things set up that said who bought what is which country that goes off as you’re shopping. Everything is always on sale. I bought my things on September 13, 2019. I got an email that said thanks for shopping, 12 to 21 days it would be shipped after processing. And I would get another email. Never got that email. After 21 days I sent an email to customer service and that email address wasn’t real. Then I found another place on their website to send in a question about it and never heard back. I sent them a message on Facebook then that was disable. Then when I saw the ad again, I told everyone it was a scam and did more research and saw I’m not the only one to make this mistake. It’s been nearly 4 months, no responce, no refund, no products, nothing. But the same sale is going on. This is a scam.
