They post about their colorful marathons you can sign up for on facebook. They use the site Active Network to get your money from signing up and then a few weeks before the event, they say they are working with your city to reschedule but then they never reschedule. From their Facebook account, it seems like they do one event in Texas, so they have pictures but fake a reschedule in all other states. There are many complaints on their Facebook page. They occasionally respond to emails saying the same thing over again about the reschedule. A month ago they responded to my email about a refund and said I would hear from their refind department in 5-7 business days but that never happened.

The Color Buzz advertises unusually low priced 5k "fun runs", in venues that are not even pre-booked. Repeatedly advertises the "limited time only" $19 fee, collects from consumers, then randomly reschedules/changes venues/cancels the events. Consumers are unable to contact the organizer and unable to obtain refunds. Personally, I used my bank’s fraud protection department to obtain mine.
