Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Fictitious business invoice for advertising services, never received, desired, or contracted, in a nonexistent publication that is free to churches. I remembered that our shop manager had called me and told me that someone had called about placing an ad in a church publication and to call him back if I was interested. A few days later, I received this bogus invoice. This is a credit card phishing scam. I looked up the business and found filed complaints with BBB, even though the business is not accredited by them, each complaint was exactly as mine. Here is the link to those complains: <span title="https://www.bbb.org/us/mn/anoka/profile/publishers-magazine/light-publications-0704-96024821/complaints

I then proceeded to do searches for this business. What I found were many empty online profiles. Below are a few examples.
