https://www.kaylaitsines.com/ Their app cancellation is very misleading for iPhone users. Within the app there is an option to cancel, which I did and received a cancellation confirmation on the next screen with a check mark that also told me I could continue to use the app for the remainder of my prepaid period. (I have a screen shot.) The next month I notice I’m still being charged on my credit card. I emailed their support and no refund but they notified me there were more steps to cancel my subscription. The app does not notify you of that at all!
I am looking for a refund because of their app providing a false cancellation confirmation. I also think that they need to be required to change their design and notify users that they need to cancel their subscription in another location.
