I have received multiple calls from 323-663-3803 stating that if they don’t hear from me then I will be in trouble. I answered the call today and the person said he was from Microsoft and my computer had sent them multiple error messages. I erroneously allowed them to access my computer to fix the issues. They showed multiple pages of "threats" to my computer. I did not know that my computer had open sharing and I believe they planted those things on my computer from hacking to try to trick me,. The person had me go to a site to show what security i needed. It had a cost. i told him I can’t pay for a service when I already have one. He insisted my service is not working and I have to buy this one. I repeatedly told him that I don’t have the money for that right now. He tried tp pressure me to agree to pay and asked when I could pay. He also lowered the price to see if I could pay. I closed the open access to my computer and turned off sharing. I told this man that I knew his only motive was to scam me. I told him I was disconnecting him and reporting him to you. I did not buy any service from this company. Before disconnecting him he made a file with his information for me to contact when I can pay for this service.
