Wanted to fix our laptops. Our laptops do not work and they haven’t for some time. His name was Julian Diers. The called sounded fishy plus he denied having called a few times in the last few days. We tried calling the number back and there was no such number.

Spoke with Indian gentleman about assistance with Dell computer that was never asked for. No mention of costs. Gentleman called Saturday evening, and called back 3 times Monday which I just hung up on gentleman. Did not give any personal information to caller.
