Business was called Tech Fix Now/parent company My Fixing Center- over two years ago I called them to fix my computer. I ended up with a lot of bigger issues so I took it in to best buy geek squad where they fixed it. They told me they were scamming me. When they called me back I told them to cancel my service they said they were going to charge me a 200.00 cancellation fee even though I was suppose to be able to cancel it at anytime. Six month later they called me and told me they see suspicious activity on my computer again and need to log back in to fix it again. I advised I don’t have that email address or computer so how can they see this activity and to quit calling me. They insisted they get on my computer.I asked to talk with a manager which didn’t help, I asked for a telephone number, the one they gave was a bogus number. They called again last week which I hung up. Again today which they said I have been paying for service. I stated I haven’t been getting service or paying for it since I cancelled it after they 1st worked on it two years ago.They said they charge my bank account 799.99. I asked when they said in the last 6 months. I said when in the last 6 months they said October. I do not have any charges on my acct for that amount. They are trying to collect a 200.00 cancellation fee. What can I do to get rid of them?? They called again right after I hung up again. Nether number will get you to an actual person. I haven’t looked through all my accounts to see if anything else been charged since the 1st service I paid for but I know I would miss $800.00 and I am pretty sure I have cancelled the card on file and that’s why they are calling to get a new card number.
