I called the Phone number for richard I found on the internet, he texted me back and we texted from then on about TeaCup dogs he sells and gets shipped. Well, I negotiated a Male White Teacup Richard Adams calls FRANK! We settled on $500. I thought, pay him the $500 and I would have this cute little doggy sent to me. No, then he has the transportation company call me and email me that I have to pay $1000 deposit I get back cash upon delivery of the pet. Well, that was the first instinct that Fraud was being put upon me. Then John Qatar told me I had to pay Richard Adams the $1000 and I knew then that John Qatar was not a real company! On top of all that Richard claimed it was not his job to tell me about the crate deposit. That’s funny, he was the one receiving the crate deposit to give it to John Qatar in the form of cash. So he would and should of told me about it. Anyway, I thank GOD stopped it there, but, I already paid Richard Adams the $500 which I want back. He refused to give it to me and told me to go through my bank. Which I immediately called my bank and they told me to call back on Monday and speak to their recalls department that handles Zelle Transactions. Watch out for any of the following phone numbers:
