I have contacted Teacup Pups, located Chesapeake VA. I have wired $700 and was supposed to get the puppy today. He called back and said there was something wrong with the puppy and I needed to send an additional $1,000. I told him I didn’t have that kind of money and offered to drive there to pick him up. He said he would call me back.
