TB dress is a merchandiser that advertise clothing, shoes, accessories online. You make a purchase and you may never receive the purchase or get partial merchandise. The clothing being advertised is not what you receive. I purchased eight items and received two items that looked homemade sewn nothing like the photos. There clothing is not true to size. They tell you if you have to return greater than two items you will get half of your money back. The shipping label is international in another language and they give you no return address. You cannot contact them by phone email only. As all of this has been reported to my finance company I am still concerned they may do this again to others. My request is that this website be monitored or investigated for fraud. It appear that they are using photos from other sites and trying to make the identical clothing and what they make is far from the original. I have contact the merchandiser by email with no satisfaction on my part where they are concerned. This is fraud to the American people who are dealing with enough financial and emotional burden.Whomever is behind this needs to be shut down.

I ordered 2 wedding dresses from this company and a bathing suite. After 1 month I got one dress that wasn’t the dress I ordered. I complained but I did no good so I filed a claim with PayPal. Tb dress then assured me they had my dress ready to send and it had passed quality assurance. It of course never got sent and they said they lost it in the warehouse. they are refusing to cancel the remaining of my order and will not give me my money back. They are a fraud in my eyes. They are selling goods online that they don’t even have apparently. I never received the rest of what I ordered, and what I did get wasn’t even the dress I ordered. I am keeping the one dress they sent because I’m afraid I will never get any of my money back. Do not shop online with this company. They will lie over and over about your order.

The merchant agreed to provide me a refund. They provided a fake transaction ID and never sent the refund. When I tried to get back in touch they kept closing my live chat request and were very rude. They don’t have a phone number. I never received my refund. I have attached a copy of the end of the live chat.
