Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Caller stated that Hayward Legal Processing Company who was hired by a third party they were letting me know that alone that was taken out online traced back to my name and my social security number back in 2010 the caller harassed me demanded money right then and there threaten to garnish wages threatened to have papers served to me dreading that I will go to jail if this money was not paid very rude a call at all times of the night and day and even when I tell them I never ever took out a payday loan they accuse me and harass me and tell me that I did when in fact I didn’t they have my last 4 of my social and my last place of employment they are very demanding when I look online and put the number in then the phone number came up as a scam I reported it to my attorney general but I don’t know what happened.
