We had a pop up on our computer and it locked up everything on it. Even disabled our virus protector. Called the number (big mistake) they represent themselves as "associates" with Microsoft. They are NOT. They wanted to take command of the computer right away. Big SCAM !!!! We hung up right away and were able to power off the computer.
