Total scam.
This company should not be doing business, I ordered (3) swim suits and not one fit the sizing is off and don’t fit. I requested a return label and wanted to start the return process. They told me to take pictures and send the pictures to them of me in my swim suits showing how the size is off. I have been going back and forth they offered me $3 then 13$ and the last offer of 10$ and I keep the products.
This company should be put out of business. Don’t buy from them they are a scam! Horrible quality and horrible sizing charts and most of all a horrible company.

The swimsuit description said “Underwire tankini set” and that it had “adjustable straps”. The suit that arrived, whilst pretty, had neither underwire or adjustable straps. (The two very reasons I ordered this style.) Dissapointing and misleading.
This company is a sham when it comes to refunds. I have now gone back and forth approximately 10 times through emails. My suit doesn’t fit. I don’t want it. They have a return policy, but do not honor it. They have offered a measly partial refund that I do expect to actually receive and are saying that due to the cost of shipping to China, I should keep the suit. What a horrible sham of a business!
I did receive all three of my suits total cost about $95 but the quality and fit was not good. The green material stretches and turns white. I ordered size 14 and the built in bra cup is a too small am squishing out of the sides. Their policy says if the fit is not right contact them and you have 30 days to return. They promptly responded but asked if I used the size guide, then asked for photos, then said I should consider donating them or sharing with a friend. They explained the return to China is $40. at this point I don’t want to spend more to ship back and then not end up getting the refund. Once they receive the payment they have no intention on accepting any returns. This may be good if you are a small size and just purchase one to see if you like it. Otherwise stay away!

I purchased 2 swimsuits and a cover up. I received tracking information, but was sent 1 swimsuit. No indication that the other swimsuit and cover up would be packaged separately or were on back order. I emailed and facebook messaged the company. They saw my message and replied to my email informing me that the cover up was out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund. They told me they would send the other suit in 1-5 days (never received). I asked for the second suit + tracking information and a refund for the cover up (never received). I sent 2 follow-up emails which were never responded to. I sent a facebook message and received a response and that the other suit was still under processing due to high demand and it may take another month to restock. I asked for a refund for the second swimsuit and cover up with no response. I’ve seen several other comments on their facebook page that say these same things before being deleted. I’ve also read these same stories re: swimftic.com on other scam sites.

I ordered a swimsuit from this company… they charged my card for the suit and I got an email that it was shipped and The tracking number they gave me is invalid ! I tried to email them a few times. No reply. It’s been almost 3 wks and I have received nothing. online scam!!!! Twisted people!!!!!
