American Sweepstakes Publishers aka Sweepstakes Reporter, International Award Payment Centre mailed me award documents totalling $1,254,204 USD. I nearly sent them the required $20 fee (for entry and data processing) in their return envelope. They have a BBB rating of F and a pattern of complaints.
