Contacted business to purchase a puppy. They requested that I fill out an application. They wanted yo ship the puppy. I did not fee comfortable accepting a puppy sight-unseen. I paid a “deposit” via Western Union and requested to come to their address. They tried to encourage me to accept the puppy via shipping. I insisted to come. They gave me their address. I came to the address, it is fake. No puppies, no owner, and they are not answering the phone.
