Stay as far away from this company as humanly possible. I paid about $13 for a product total believing an add that I saw..Was sent the product and I was going to use it this week until I get an alert from Capital One last night asking me if I made a charge of $89 which of course I did not..Capital One declined the payment and I was spared the hassle that the above consumer went through and I’m only posting on here to back up the above consumer’s complaint..This is a total scam as I can find another website even supporting the product I purchased…FOOL ME ONCE…Always check into everything before buying..

I was sent an an ad through Google browser. I read the ad and the product had many positive reviews and research. The ad also indicated that they were so sure that the product will work, they will let me try it for free. I only had to pay for shipping charges. I clicked to order and read all the information. This was on December 13. I was charged an extra charge for a detox bottle. I don’t know how that happened. On January 2, I got charge $89.84 from SUREHEALTHGARCINIA.COM and $89.82 from SUREHEALTHDETOX.COM. I called 888-587-0687, which was the number on my credit card statement, and waited for about 15 minutes. I got a voice message that said, "The caller you are trying to reach is not available. Please call back again." I called again and took advantage of the first message that asked the caller to leave a message. I left a message indicating my name and number and telling them that I never got a receipt for their product and I have not received any more product in addition to my free-trial. I also emailed them at the gmail account provided on their site. They don’t even have a proper company email.
I called Capitalone and they called the company. The company picked up immediately. Molly told me that it clearly states on the website that the product is not free and that it cost $89. I went to the website which had no information on the product. Just an order form and a terms and condition. I told her that I had never seen that website and the ad did not have a terms and condition. I told her that it is completely misleading. She kept repeating that "the product is not free. It is clearly stated in the terms and condition." Both I and the CapitalOne agent kept telling her that the ad doesn’t have terms and condition and that I never got any sort of receipt. She again said the product is not free and that she will refund me $100.
Essentially, the consumer is asked to pay shipping charges. They are not told they will be charged $89 for that bottle they try. Even if you call before the cancellation period, you do not get a refund because they don’t accept open bottles. I only found this out when I told Molly that I was charged $89 and the new bottle never came. She told me that the 2 charges were for the bottles I already received. ‘
This company not only mislead the consumer. They outright steal money.
