Type of a scam Tech Support

They called me and told me that they are a partner of Microsoft and if I did not download their software, they will bill me $399 to my credit card.

They refused to connect me with the billing department unless I downloaded their software and they were very aggresive, often talking overtop of me despite my soft spoken yet firm demeanor.

Total money lost $8,500

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I received a phone call stating that I was going to be charged $300.00 for a auto renewal of software that came on my computer. I called to cancel and they had me send an email to the company to refund the money they refunded $2999.99 and they told me I had to refund to them the extra before they could complete the deposit. I had to buy gift cards for the extra amount. This has continued with stories and explanations every time they sent the wrong amount and needed for me to fix it before they could deposit my money. This has gone on for days. They now want $500.00 more in gift cards to get my money back. They keep calling and texting me. The last phone call from (315)291-4965 was 9/4 at 12:34 am and the last text from that number was 9/4 at 2:20 am.
