I ordered a sample bottle of hemp oil free with the shipping and handling price of 599, the product did not arrive in the mail I did not give it another thought until yesterday when my bank account was debited for $79.99 I called them and told them that I did not receive any item from them and I would like a full refund I was told that I cannot dispute this at my bank if I did then I would be charge additional fees they were able to refund me 30% but I would have no other resource to collect any of the other money. I tried over and over to explain that I did not receive any product and they kept telling me that the terms and conditions were clearly stated in the purchase and that there was nothing that they could do I have tried to reach people they have blocked my phone number on the one number I have asked for a copy of the original order since I did not receive an email confirming the order and only noticed that yesterday when I did receive an email stating that I would get a refund of only up to 50% and nothing more, I am still trying to track down this company I got an address from the company that handles their calls only but also handles the cold of approximately 60 other company.
