Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have paid for medical items with a cash loaded prepaid visa and this company took 2 separate payments from the card ending 8158 cash loaded on June 26 2020 and in June 28 2020 both payments which totaled to the amount of almost 250.00 and I never received the shipment at physical post office 2844 Livernois Road Troy Mi 48099 so I have spent almost two month to have them replace the order and what was sent in the middle of August 2020 after I had to replace the order on the phone with there customer service line 18665538875 was incorrect wrong sizes and I sent the items back by the return shipping labels that were inside the box. I tracked the order and the company received the items back at the end of August I have email tracking confirmation. The

company promised refund by check if the amount of the returned items 131.00 by priority mail 9/4/2020 and I only received a check at post office for 31.74 when I called back to their customer service they tried to send me off to a different company that is not the same phone number associated with their customer service Universal screening and I am missing money for medical items which cannot be purchased in any area near where I live?? Why would it take over 3 months to resolve order issues on their phone number and they took the order over the phone. The post office where it is delivered to also has taken rental fees regularly for a box that this SupportPlus customer service has sent people directly over to mostly Asian and African Americans other customers that seem to no problems like that and auttomatically my mail gets messed up 2844 Livernois road
