I saw a link on my Instagram for massive 6×6 bean bag chairs so naturally I ordered one. This was May 25. I got a confirmation email stating I’d soon have my order number once the product shipped. I got no further emails. I sent a follow-up email asking for an update on the status of my order. No response. Sent a second email, no response. I checked the link to their shop site — lo and behold it didn’t exist anymore. So I reported the company to Shopify (the third party site they were using as their platform) and I started a fraudulent/scammer dispute with my bank for this company. Had to cancel my debit card and order a new one. Be careful out there…

Type of a scam Online Purchase

After making a purchase on the website, I received a “Order Number” and never received anything else after the days went on. I emailed the company 3 times in reference to a shipping number and other questions I had about the product and did not receive any responses. After the expected arrival date passed and I didn’t receive anything, and payed for express shipping, the company was emailed once more and no response.
