** AVOID AT ALL COSTS!** THESE PEOPLE HAVE NUMEROUS WEBSITES FEATURING PUPPIES FOR SALE. THERE ARE NO PUPPIES AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. THE ADDRESS I WAS GIVEN ON THE BILL OF SALE WAS A VACANT PIECE OF PROPERTY IN NORTH CAROLINA. THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS AND CRIMINALS!

There is a website www.homeforlabradorretrieverpuppies.com where I found a labrador puppy named Bella that I wanted to purchase. we have a 2 year old labrador, named Spencer and last fall, we had to unexpectedly and devastatingly put our 5 year old labrador, Hawkeye, down. We have not felt whole since. So, I poured over thousands of dogs and when I saw the puppy Bella, I just fell in love with her. I arranged to purchase the puppy for the price of $600. The breeder was located in Charlotte, North Carolina and we live in Port Jefferson, New York, so I was told that we had 2 options for her pickup from MacArthur Airport; that we could pick her up at the airport or for an extra $75, she would be delivered to our home. We chose that option because we were also promised that she would be traveling in the cabin of the plane with a pet attendant; which turned out to be only one of the lies we were told. This organization, Home for Labrador Retrievers, conned me out of $3,625. So, I paid $675.00 on June 30, 2020 after I signed the Bill of Sale. The bill of sale stated that the puppy’s ownership was being transferred from Kyle Surage to Daniel and Carson Jean Canavin. I was asked to pay via Zelle to 3 different accounts. The first was to Jack Stone – I was told that he was their cashier at the following email address: [email protected] When I did not pay quickly enough for their liking, I was to send payment to the breeders wife also via Zelle to the following address: [email protected] Finally, I was told that I would be sending the money to his wife, but that I needed to use a different account because he was unable to withdraw money quickly enough from his account and that was paid to Steven Quezeda also via Zelle at the following email address: [email protected] The puppy was to be delivered to our home located at 24 Pine Hill Road, Port Jefferson, NY 11777 from MacArthur Airport where the puppy and the attendant would have flown from Charlotte, north Carolina. We never received the puppy and there are many other aspects of this issue that add up to the $3,625 that I was conned out of. On the morning of 7/6/2020, I received an email from International Swift Deliveries and Robert Bilow, stating that the travel crate provided by the seller did not comply with current FAA regulations for animal air transport and that I had to pay $1,050 for the crate, but that $1,000 would be refunded to me upon delivery of the puppy. I was first asked to pay this money, again via Zelle to Diallo Njeneba at the following email address: [email protected] then I was asked to send the money to Robert Bilow at [email protected] I questioned each of these payments, but was assured that this was required and that I would be reimbursed and refunded upon delivery of the puppy. Later on July 6th, I received another email from Swift Deliveries stating that I needed life insurance for the puppy in order for her to be transported. the fee for that was $1,050. Again I quested and again I was reassured that the money would be refunded. I sent $950 via Zelle to Robert Bilow and because I had met my limit on Zelle transactions for the day, paid the remaining $100 to Robert Bilow via CashApp. I was then told that because I had not paid all of these surprise fees quickly enough that Bella had missed her flight, but would be on a transit flight and she would still arrive at our home on the 6th. After pressing for information, I was finally told that Bella was in Tennessee and would need to stay for the night and that we would receive her by 12pm on 7/7/2020. On 7/7/2020, I asked repeatedly about the status of the puppy and flight information; I was then told that the State of Tennessee has instituted a mandatory quarantine of animals for up to 120 days. But I cold pay a fee to avoid the quarantine because the puppy was to be delivered of $990.00. This money was also paid via Zelle to Bobby Bilow. Again, I questioned the fee and was told repeatedly it was required, it would be the LAST fee and that I would get the money refunded to me, in cash, at the time of delivery. At 3:22pm on 7/7/2020, when I still had no word on the puppy and we were supposed to have had her by 12pm, I was told that another dog on the flight had measles and that extra extensive testing had to be done to ensure that Bella had not contracted the measles and that this was a lengthy process, but that I could expedite it and still have the puppy on 7/7/2020 if I paid another fee of $875, I could still have the puppy by 8pm on 7/7/2020 and that ALL of the money I spent upfront, less the cost of the puppy, would be refunded to me.. The email contradicts itself with the amounts to be paid and to be refunded. I refused to pay and called out the scam. The delivery company threatened me with harm and that I should watch the words I use. These people know my name and have my home address; that statement has put me in fear of harm all the time. I have 4 children to protect – what if they hurt one of them? The text was terrifying and it still is. I have emails and text messages to prove all that I have stated. Furthermore, I have since learned that despite being told that the seller of the puppy, named Kyle Surage, was in Charlotte, NC, that his address is 15 Sunny Lane, Walkill, NY 12589. He is 24 years old and lives with Lori Arnold. She is 43-44 years old and she has the email [email protected] that I was to send the payment for the puppy to. The address on the Bill of Sale – 910 Bexton Str, Charlotte, NC 28273, of which I can also provide a copy, is a piece of vacant land. Jack Stone, Robert Bilow and the "breeder’s" email of [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] ALL have their server locations listed in Mountain View, CA 94043 with an IP address of 172.217.5.197 Lori Arnold’s email has a server location of Sunnyvale, CA 94089 and an IP address of 98.137.246.7 Steven Quezeda’s email has a server location of Redmond, WA 98052 and an IP address of 204.79.197.212 These people are working off of the following websites: Home for Labrador Retrievers.com everybody labrador farm.com, best labrador residence.com, max labradors.com, supersunshinelabshome.com. And these are only the ones that I was able to find and trace back to them.
