I have ordered an item from SunnyFoxy in early April this year. The money was charged immediately but we’re already in June and the product still hasn’t arrived yet. Also, no tracking number was given and no reply whatsoever to any of my e-mails. I did contact them for some answers and, later on, I asked for a refund. Silence was all I got. Total rip-off!

I ordered something for my windows to help with the sun in April. I have yet received the product as we are in June. They have a tracking number which would be going to USPS. As I got in contact with the USPS they said that the tracking number was made but has not been shipped to them. They charged me 61 dollars and some cents to my debit card. And can not get in contact with them. They will not respond to my emails but the one time saying to get in touch with USPS. I even asked for a refund. No response. I will now have to go to my bank to dispute this charge as I have not gotten my order and it’s been almost two months. This place of business should not be allowed to operate!
