Purchased online software from sunvalleysoftware.com, a subsidiary of Online Software Supply LTD, 506 Second Avenue, Suite 1400, Seattle, Washington, 98104, which turned out to be fraudulent. Purchased MS Office Professional 2010, which was to be an online download. Downloaded software from site, but it never worked. Took PC to Best Buy’s Geek Squad, which they said was bogus software and the site was fraudulent, so my PC ended up being infected with a virus and had to be removed.
