I was contacted on the phone regarding a 6day/5night all inclusive resort in Cancun Mexico. I agreed to the purchase and upon further study the I couldn’t find any information online etc. My credit card was charged and in the paperwork that I received (after my card had been charged) it said I needed to sign all the documents and send a copy of my drivers license in order for a refund. I called the customer line and they would not provide a refund even though it was within the 14 day as stated in the terms because I would not send my license and signed documents etc. I ended up calling my credit card company and changed my card and filed a dispute for the charge.
