Type of a scam Phishing

I received a voicemail from someone claiming to be from Summons Processing Division. They stated there are 2 charges of fraud attached to my name and Social Security number, and that I need to call ?a certain phone number before I get served with papers or I will lose my legal rights.

When I called the ?number, it went to a voicemail box, and I was unable to leave a message because the inbox was full. When my husband called from his phone and typed in the reference number that was given to me, ?they hung up on him.

On the voicemail box recording, they called themselves AAL Processing. When ?I went online and researched the number, I ?saw a lot of scam reports.
