What you get is people who drink/smoke on the job, cause further damage to your home, evade your calls/emails, attempt to switch out materials for lower quality materials-without discussing this with you. You get lied to a lot.
Owners often get angry and threaten customers who complain about issues, then they claim they fired whoever was responsible for whatever went wrong with your project.
Stay far away. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
