I order a product from this company online on 5/25/2018 and was advised at the end of the purchase that I would receive a confirmation by text and email when my order shipped it is now 6/13/2018 and I have not heard anything from the company. I tried to contact them and can not find a customer service phone number only an email address to send my inquiries. I have sent 3 inquiries about my order and I keep getting the same scripted response from the same so called person via email. It keeps telling me that due to high volume of orders and issues during delivery the order will be delayed in shipping. Which one is it was there an issue with the order or was there a issue with the shipping this company is a scam!
