This phone number continues to call even after I requested to be put on their Do Not Call list. It’s an automated message claiming it’s your last chance to sign up for student loan forgiveness. You’ll be asked to press 3 to speak with an agent. The agent even hung up the moment I asked if they expected me to believe they were actually working with Fedloan or any other main student loan agencies. This was less than 30 seconds into our conversation.

When you ask for the company name they used to hang up but now they say they are called Student Help Center trying to help student loan repayment and or forgiveness. They call from a different number every time and never take you off their call list. I usually get the same Indian accented lady answering and when I ask for their credentials or a business address etc they hang up.

I’ve gotten tons of phone calls for months from a place claiming to be "Student Help Center."

Everytime they call, it’s from a different phone number but the area code is always the same as mine. (Phishing?) Sometimes the Caller ID has a personal name, a different business name or no name at all. The Caller ID NEVER says Student Help Center or anything of the sort.

It starts with an automated message from "Lisa," saying they’ve been trying to reach me to help with my student loans and this is the final attempt. It says to press a number to refuse the help & be placed on the Do Not Call list. (I’ve done that 3x and they still call.) Or press 2 to speak to someone.

When it connects you, the person- who has some foreign accent- says they’re calling from Student Help Center and they work for "government programs" to help you get loan forgiveness. I’ve spoken to someone twice.

I told the first person to put me on the Do Not Call list. She was polite and said she had done it, told me to have a good day. I continued to get calls for weeks. I just hung up every time.

The second person I talked to kept repeating herself about getting loan forgiveness through government programs whenever I tried to get more information. I told her no debt company can guarantee loan forgiveness from the government; she got upset, yelled "Okay!" and hung up on me.

I’ve read complaints about this "company." It’s a scam to get people to pay for "loan forgiveness" but it never happens. It just ends up ruining their credit.

I tried to look them up but there are several different locations with name variations; so I can’t tell which one it actually is, which is why I tried to get information from the second person.

constantly getting text messaging, stating my account is flagged for possible student loan forgiveness. Call 877-588-6066 or visit studenthelpcenters.com. Reply STOP to cancel. How did they get me information. Who are they, what legal business sends a text message. I do not want to reply stop to cancel, because I’m afraid they will be able to breach other areas of my phone. How can I make this go away?
