Type of a scam Government Grant

I received a voice message from Agent #2492, Susan Arnold, at 478-215-3836 letting me know I was flagged for the student loan forgiveness and relief program but had not finalized an application. The message asked that I call 202-935-1300 and provide validation code 24932. When I called the number, I asked what company and the individual stated "Student Advisory Company". When I asked her to repeat the name, she hung up.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

They offer you to pay a fee into the program and that you only by law have to repay what you actually borrowed (about half of the total owed) and offer you very manageable monthly payments for 10 years and the only way to see the contract is to provide your banking information over the phone. When questioned they take 2 to 3 minutes to respond and are very vague. When you call them out on something they tell you they just started working with the company.
