Same happened to me. I wish I would have read your convo before jumping into the pool with no water! I ordered last nite and didn’t read your entry until this morning. I immediately contacted Paypal to apprise them of my refund and have begun a “Paypal case” to begin process of a refund. I tried to contact them by “THREE EMAILS” and not one has been answered since yesterday. This is why I did not want to wait any longer for time to go by while these people are enjoying spending my money with nothing to show for purchase. Calling is useless as the THREE EMAILS they’ve listed for contacting them. Strawruty has provided its company’s address as “5 WARD LANE,FILER,ID 83328”. However, when searching for this location on Google Maps, I found out it is an address of a residential farm area but not an address of any company or shop or store. So, it makes Strawruty a very suspicious website since legit online stores always provide the authentic detailed company’s address but scam online stores always found to be hiding their identity or providing a fake address.

I purchased a ceramic cooking pot from them. I never received it and there website is fake. There isn’t a way to contact them to ask about the order. The 2 phone numbers on there website aren’t connected to them. One number is a residential home phone number. The other one just keeps ringing. I now can’t get my money back. If this website isn’t shut down they will steal a lot of people’s money.
