I keep getting emails with this message "We see a payment that is not made by you. Then we notify you that your as Apple ID is now locked for our security reasons.

Then it lists the item with description for a total of $330.90
Then it says:
If you do not cancel this order, all of these orders are considered valid and will be billed to the recipient of this email.
There is a cancellation button but it does not work.
I tried to reply – didn’t work.
I don’t know how to contact them – this is very upsetting to me.
Is this a scam?
