Received a pop-up message on my computer screen with a phone number instructing me to call Tech-help; called the number person indicated I had allot of virus (my computer was locked/ blocked at the time), so I per seeded to assist. Sales person indicated I need a security plan to fix/ unlock my machine. I feel I been scammed and is there a way I can track these thieves and or retrieve some of my money back?
