Texted asking for home painting services and to give an estimate. After the long process, of figuring out details related to job, asked that if I took credit cards as payment, then if I would take overpayment for services rendered, then return the overpaid amount in cash, had some red flags as he said I couldn’t start until prior homeowner had been paid? Text only because he had advanced lung cancer and was receiving treatment. Also spelling errors in text communication.
