Ive been waiting since june
I ordered the adjustable dumbbells in early July. Received email notification similar to the one mentioned below but have not received any update since even though I emailed them several times in the last week. Phone number is out of service too. Went to my bank today to see what they can do. Any other advice?
Add me to the list of people scammed. I ordered the Bowflex adjustable weights on June 22, 2020. It is now September 4. I paid $409.98 on my credit card including shipping. I did receive one email from them on July 20 reading as follows:

I emailed them again a couple weeks ago with no reply. I also just noticed that although the website previously listed the weights as Bowflex brand, it now is changed to Stay-Fit brand. They have also lowered their price since I ordered. I will be requesting a refund from my credit card today.
Well, add me to the list. The take the money and then silence.
Sam call your bank and let them investigate. I also know the company claims they have been around since 2012…they are only 6 months old. Scammers!
2 emails unanswered, I have my bank handling this. I paid $450, and I was told they are in Idaho.

Omg I forgot to read the reviews I just order dumbells $480. I also tried calling the phone is out of service, I sent an email no response. I just ordered yesterday
I received an email 2 days ago from them saying they are a legit company. And they are located in Idaho {i think it said Idaho}, nothing about my order sent 2 emails still hasn’t answered. Reached out to my bank that could take 90 days for them to get an answer. SMH

Same as everyone else. I placed order on June 17th for the bowflex adjustable weights. No contact since. It says 20-30 days for delivery due to CoVid but 25 days have now gone by with no updates. Buyer beware.
I’m sorry i didn’t use paypal..My bank is investigating it, but it could take 90 days to resolve. Although my bank gave me back the money but I really can’t touch it in case they won’t give a refund.
I hope everyone went through Paypal. I sent all of my information including a link to this page as well as a link to the BBB which also has complaints with Stayfit and my failed attempts to reach Stayfit. It took Paypal less than a week to rule in my favor and grant me a full refund.
Just a follow-up. 2 emails have gone unanswered and when I try to call the phone number on the website I find that it is not even an active number. I also noticed, as someone else already posted, the number is a California number…not Florida where this company is supposed to be located.
I ordered the bow flex adjustable dumbbells for 350 back on June 13. They still haven’t updated my shipping. I think it’s a scam and I’m going to have to contact the credit card company. Today is July 8th. Do not trust this website

Similar story as above. Ordered Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells June 13, 2020 for $350. Never received tracking number. Did get following reply e-mail when I asked for delivery info and tracking number. Judge for yourself. Should have known better and ordered from known vendor. :

These are definitely worth the wait as no one on the internet has them, and we have an exclusivity deal with the supplier and we are sending them out in batches due to large demand.
So we cannot provide a tracking number at this time but probably within 22 days, the item will be shipped, and the system will send you a tracking number automatically, when it ships from our warehouse.

I recently searched "adjustable dumbbells" on Google and the Stayfit-store.com website was the first result to come up via a non-sponsored link, mind you. I couldn’t find much research online about the company but the website seemed to have Bowflex Adjustable Dumbbells in stock at the normal price (pre-COVID).
I decided to place my order and received a confirmation email and link to the "Shop" app to track my order, which seems legitimate. However, within 48 hours of placing my order, the order status has not been updated and I have tried emailing and calling the company numerous times with no response. Their online chat bot is also offline. After deciding to do more research, I realized that the Florida business address listed for the company is not registered to Stay Fit, and the 2 different phone numbers listed on the website are both based in California and both do not work. The website appears to be relatively legitimate with a Privacy Policy and ability to create customer accounts, but this is not a legit website. Further research showed me that various links on their website do not actually work – for example the "Blog" button does not link to any blogs, and the link to join and receive 15% off also does not work.
Hopefully this website is taken down shortly and I am looking forward to pressing legal charges.
The address in Boca is a 2 bedroom condo. I just calked my bank my payment is pending so hopefully I will get my $480 back
