Type of a scam Tax Collection
I’ve received multiple letters from this company stating I owe back school taxes. I don’t own property in PA, never have. We’ve rented ever since we moved back to PA after my husband’s military service ended. My husband called them after we got yet another letter, and they insist we owe school taxes even though we’ve never owned property. I never got anything in the mail saying we owe any current school taxes, just letters from this company for 2-5 years ago. From everything I’ve researched, our landlords are paying the school tax and we don’t. It seems like a scam to me and I’d like them to stop contacting us trying to scam us out of hundreds of dollars.
