Kevin Parker called offering a low interest rate on a refinance. Sent paper work to sign a close the deal but wanted you to send upfront fee money and then they would setup loan in 30 – 45 days. He said do not continue to pay your mortgage because the loan details have you starting your new mortgage payments in two months…basically two months no mortgage payment. Would send the additional funds you were pulling out on your equity after closing and receiving the $2345 closing fees. If I doesn’t sound right — Most of the time it is NOT. Did not get my hard earned money!
