I was contacted by a woman claiming she was from stark collections legal department. She said that she was trying to collect on a payday loan that I had taken out in 2011. I have NEVER taken out a payday loan. She then proceeded to tell me that legal action would be taken and I would have to go in front of a judge. She had my social security number, birthdate, and my name! I checked my credit report and there is nothing on it about a pay day loan so I put a fraud alert on my social security number and I also filed a report with my local police department. They won’t stop calling me from the number 844-236-6552
