Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Was offered a $5000 loan if I paid 3 payments up front because of a low credit score. I sent $450 via western union to the lender in Canada the name was Emily Davis after I sent the money I was told I needed another $450 to satisfy the lender that money was sent to the name Erica Rosa I was informed by my supposed loan officer Christy Hunter told me the money would be in my account in 45 minutes and that she would be calling me to confirm the deposit. Needless to say I never got a call or the money. It took me hours to get in touch with them to see what was happening. I was then told that the lender now required $1000 to insure the loan. I did not want to give them anymore money and asked to be reimbursed for my $900 I was told that they only issue refunds once a month and that I would not be reimbursed until the end of the month. Very big scam!!!!!!!!!
