Man named George Wong came to our home and showed business card titled Star Home Solutions and showed that he was affiliated with Dish and Directv. Said he could save us money if we switched back and forth between these services every two years. Our contract with Directv was not finished but he said he would take of any early cancellation fees and would take care of cancelling our account with directv. He did not pay the early cancellation fee ($164.32) and another fee of some kind in the amount of $85.44 both of which were drafted from our bank account in October and November after we had been with Dish since August. So we were billed for service with Dish and Directv. All phone numbers that were given to us for George Wong and Star Home Solutions are no longer working numbers. His assistant Wendy’s cell phone doesn’t answer and voice mailbox is full.
