I saw an ad on Instagram for a product called "Booty Belt", which I ordered for my daughter and I. Total cost was $179.98. After a month, I emailed the company because I hadn’t received the product. I was told they were out of stock and they did not have an ETA on when it would be back in stock. I was told they would refund my money and it would be back in my account in 7-10 business days. That was over a month ago. I received one email from them and they told me to contact my bank. My bank is doubtful I will be able to get my money refunded. There have been thousands of complaints made online that are similar to my experience.
