This company seems legit with a detailed website, "customer" testimonials, and a reactive non-automated email service. The purchase was for a American Staffordshire Terrier Puppy named "Hugo". After emailing back and forth regarding personally identifiable information, i was sent a bill of sale contract that i was requested to sign and send a picture back of. After the contract was sent back to the company, they requested I send $900 for the puppy and its air transportation to my house. The transaction took place through the CashApp, which although initially hesitant, after being reassured from the seller that It is secure and the company is real. Once the payment was given i received an itinerary for the puppy’s arrival at which point i was requested to pay $1495 for pet health insurance to get the dog shipped to me. This is the moment I uncovered the scam thankfully.

I found this website through google while looking for an American Staffordshire puppy. The site was well put together, operated smoothly and included pics of available puppies, testimonials from previous clients, and a lot of information on the breed and the breeders themselves.

I emailed them inquiring about one specific puppy and they replied with additional questions about my place of residence, employment status, experience with the breed and additional pics of that specific puppy.

We exchanged emails back and forth and they seemed genuinely concerned with the future home of their puppy. Even going as far as asking for future pics of the puppy once he had grown up. They wanted $900 for the puppy which included shipping from Maryland to my doorstep.

I payed this amount to them through CashApp. (They offered several different online payment options). They still emailed me back saying that they would be registering my puppy with a courier service.

The next day I received an email from the courier with a flight itinerary for the delivery. Following that email came another email, saying they needed another $1490 for a “refundable life insurance” for the puppy which I found immediately suspicious. I looked up the courier on ScamPulse.com and they had an “F” rating and a customer review with a similar experience to mine.

A few minutes later I was called by the courier service and asked if I had reviewed the email. When I confronted them about their ScamPulse.com score, they hung up on me.

Obviously these groups are working together.

My wife and I were looking to buy a puppy from these people and we thought they were reputable but they are scammers. We sent them $900.00 Western Union and then we received a phone call from Trans Live Courier to send an addition $1490 for life insurance for the puppy that would be refundable upon delivery of the puppy. It did not sound right so I googled the company and saw a lot of bad reviews and that they were scammed. We are heart broken because we fell for this and are out of $900.00.
