I received in the mail, a letter and a check for $5,990.70, stating I won the second category of the general market survey draw held on Ictober 21, 2018 for $500,000.00 and the check I received in the mail is to pay for tax, insurance and shipping on my winnings. I NEVER play the lottery, EVER!!! I’m told to contact the claims agent, Robert Davis.
