Type of a scam Debt Collections
This person who calls himself Victor Frank informed me that a lien was against my SS# and legal action will be taken if I did not call and settle with them. I called that number and the person identified himself as Victor Frank (different voice from the person who left the message). He proceeds to ask my name. Then he asks for my SS#. That is when I hang up. Shouldn’t he have my SS# if he is phoning me regarding fraudulent activity with that particular SS#????
