PURCHASED A smart watch from this company. The watch was delivered but the charge cable and user information was not included.
Have emailed [email protected] multiple times. Company sent email stating the charge cable and user information were in the package.
I repeated myself that charge cable and user information was not included. I sent an email and received a response from Spring Lime which is a shoe sales company. I sent another email to [email protected] and received
no response.
So I now have a smart watch which is completely useless.
