Type of a scam Employment
I responded to a local post on Facebook about working from home. I was given a Google Hangouts email to message. I talked to them and answered questions for about 10 minutes. Then it turned into this:
"The company will be providing you with the funds you will be using in purchasing the equipments and your W-4 form and Time tracker will be coming along with the working materials you need to start working with.
I believe the company can ensure your commitment and full trust right?"
Next question:
"Credit top up are means of payment the company will be sending into your credit card for you to have your working materials purchased. The company would be fully responsible for all expenses which would be made into your card!
So do you have a credit card and what is the limit on the card?"
The person I contacted on Facebook then blocked me after I told them what happened. Her name is Marinel Cannon. Shady person.
