Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
A gentleman by the name of Ryan Brooks called and said I qualified for a $5000 loan at 10% interest. All I had to do is go to a Walgreens or CVS and purchase a $305 iTunes card. I would then have to call back and give him the 16 digit code on the back of the card. I told him I had more questions and he then transferred me to a "supervisor" who basically said the same thing. I asked why I had to use an iTunes card and they said it was to make sure I had the money to make the first payment. I then said if I buy an iTunes card I will not be able to make my first payment. I suggested them to put the money into my account and I would automatically make the firs payment. They did not like that idea. I then did research on the Internet for "Speedy cash loans" and they don’t even service my state. I called Ryan Brooks back and asked him if he felt good trying to take people’s good hard earned money and he hung up on me.
