There was a fraudulent job posted on Indeed.com, applicants were contacted and offered the job. Next a fake check for $3850 comes in the mail with an invoice for a computer ($700), software ($3000) and an overnight shipping label. The new employee is supposed to deposit the check, then pay the invoice by money order and overnight the payment. The check will never clear, but now the perpetrators have your money and no way to reclaim it.
