We received "drain cleaner" that no one at my hotel ordered. Then the next day we received an invoice. When I called the number on the invoice the person would not give me their name and asked me for my credit card number to pay for the return shipping. I asked for an emailed return shipping label in which he refused to do. He told me a random person’s name who apparently gave authorization for said order. No one works here under that name and could not have ordered it. When I asked to speak with someone else he told me he was the Sales Manager and asked me if I wanted to speak with the Secretary. Beyond frustrating – googled the address on the shipping label and it is to a house. No company listed on google or anywhere under that name in Florida where the product came from. Person told me that I would be sent to collections.
I have pictures of the shipping label, copy of the invoice and packing slip. As you can see the "drain cleaner" came in a plastic tub with no labels. It would not allow me to attach more. I would be happy to share.
