Ordered from Soufeel jewelry online. I waited two weeks and my order was still processing, I contacted the company and was told that it would be another 8-15 business days. When I asked for the billing department I was told that there wasn’t one in the U.S. I then asked to talk to someone else and was told there are only two employees in the U.S. so no one could help me. I should have done more research before buying but it seems to be a common thing for this company to charge you and never shipped the product.
